As the EP,  I am responsible for ensuring the success of the show by managing the  technical and personnel aspects of the production. I implement and oversee backstage credential and security in order to maintain a safe and secure backstage area for artists and team. I facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization, assist and or oversee the stage, sound, and lighting crews from set up to strike. 


This position requires me to handle multiple projects simultaneously, have ability to make clear concise decisions; sometimes with limited information, 

possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and the ability to conduct myself with extreme patience while working in a fast-paced and often stressful environments.

I shop and execute the agreed-upon specific needs and requests of the artist and their rider, implement and oversee backstage credential and security in order to maintain a safe and secure backstage area for arti

As the Hospitality Manager,  I am responsible for aspects of production specific to backstage hospitality and artist relations. I shop and execute the agreed-upon specific needs and requests of the artist and their rider, implement and oversee backstage credential and security in order to maintain a safe and secure backstage area for artists, maintain a top-tier hospitable and accommodating environment for artists and touring personnel. Coordinate food orders for artists and touring personnel, deliver cash buy-outs, or work with to ensure artist's meal requirements are met.


This job requires me being extremely detail oriented, resourceful, innovative, forward thinking and have excellent judgement. The upmost discretion when handling talent is always used.

As a Casting Coordinator durning an award show, 

I am responsible for ensuring that all of the most visible seats are filled. I survey the audience size, fill empty seats during very short commercial breaks so when the camera pans over the audience it look full. I play a behind-the-scenes role, but have a big impact on the overall esthetic

Seems simple enough, but there are a lot of logistics and dedicated coordinators that make this a reality. The general thought is that the award show  attendees are invited guests of talent. However, most of the audience in those front rows have chosen.


Award shows are viewed by millions, talked about for decades and attended by a lucky select few.
